James Viola grew up in New Jersey,
where he graduated from Nutley High School. He attended Muhlenberg College in
Allentown, Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
After that, he returned to New Jersey to attend Rutgers University.
While he
pursued his Master’s degree in Business, James Viola was also inducted into the Beta
Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
One of James’ first roles after
graduation was Market Consultant for BMW of North America. James followed his
passion for motorcycles and marketing to work with retailers in event
marketing. James was a consistent sales leader, turning around several under-performing territories.
James’ power-sports’ knowledge soon
took him to Ducati where he worked as Marketing and Events director for four
years. He worked throughout the United States at trade shows, press events and
dealer meetings. James currently acts as Innovation Activation Manager for Johnson
& Johnson’s JLABS.
